Art with Johanna DeVries

Johanna de Vries, a visual arts instructor for BAAY, has 17 years experience teaching art enrichment to children, and has accumulated a myriad of materials needed. All supplies will be provided as such. She gives instruction based on her 6 years of college instruction in the arts, as well as fun and uninhibited art projects in between. She is a believer of providing material instruction and then letting her students choose subject and content allowing for free creation. And as a portraitist, she specializes in drawing the face/anatomy in most media.

Class schedules are

Ages 5 to 8 Monday through Friday, 3 30 to 4 30 PM. At a cost of 35.00 for 4 classes

Ages 9 and up Monday through Friday, 4 30 to 5 45 PM. At a cost of 40.00 for 4 classes

Saturday classes are offered with negotiated times frames adhering to your schedule.

Adult workshops are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2 to 3:30 PM. At a cost of 45.00 for 4 classes

Classes can be ongoing, monthly or drops on with a drop in fee of 12.00.
