For shows, students need to be here 2 hours before show time to
get into costume, makeup, warmup, and go over any polishing or notes

This is the time we put it all together! Please make all rehearsals…thanks!

April 14th Regular Rehearsal

Tuesday the 19th Regular Rehearsal

Thurs. the 20th Ensemble Rehearsal Only 7:20 to 8:30 pm No BAAY Rep Lead Rehearsal this night

Monday the 25th special BAAY Rep rehearsal leads and ensemble together 6:30 to 8:30

Tues. the 26th No BAAY Rep Rehearsal

Thurs. the 28th BAAY Rep Cast attends BAAY Jr. show—6:30 to 8:30 pm

May 3rd Tues. Long rehearsal 5 to 8:30 pm bring dinner
May 5th Thurs. Long rehearsal 5 to 8:30 pm bring dinner
May 7th Saturday rehearsal 10 am to 4 pm
May 9th Monday Run thru act 1 twice 5 to 8:30 pm
May 10th Tues. Run thru act 2 twice 5 to 8:30 pm
May 11th Weds. preview night—all parents and baay students free—show at 6:30,
cast arrives 4:30
May 12th Thurs. Cast One opening night 7 pm
May 13th Fri show 7 pm
May 14th Sat shows at 2 pm and 7 pm (child care/pizza avail. between shows $5)
May 15th Sun show at 2 pm

May 16th Mon. no rehearsal
May 17th Tues. Cast 2 rehearsal 5 to 8 pm (we will dismiss the non-leads at 6 pm)
May 18th Weds. preview night baay students & parents free—show at 6:30, cast arrives 4:30
May 19th Thurs. Cast Two opening night 7 pm
May 20th Fri. show 7 pm
May 21st Sat. shows at 2 pm and 7 pm (child care/pizza avail. between shows $5)
May 22nd Sun. 2 pm show and cast party for both casts 4:30 pm-6:30 pm
