Have you ever felt nervous or uncertain about where to begin as you prepare for an audition? Have you ever been unsure about how to approach singing a new song vocally, or how to make it your own? Then have no fear and join us as we explore the fundamentals of performing musical theatre and how they are used to create unique and engaging performances! Build vocal confidence, and command the stage as you learn to blend healthy vocal habits with strong communicative clarity.

Students will have opportunities to dive into a range of subjects from beginning vocal health and anatomy, to presenting fully polished pieces, to how to work with an accompanist, all with the goal that they leave the course with their own personalized book of repertoire they feel is performance-ready, and a new understanding of their artistic capacity. We can’t wait to get to work!
