Description: This class is great for students who love acting and creating a show as a team, without the singing and dancing parts of musical theatre. Students will learn acting theory and practice their skills through rehearsing, writing and performing a full-length play of their own creation. This course is a great introduction for a beginning actor, and will also help the seasoned performer develop their craft further!
Ages: 9-12
Weekly rehearsals: Thursdays from 6:45 – 8:00 PM
First rehearsal: February 8
Tech week: June 3-6, Mon-Thurs daily from 5:00-8:00 PM
Performances: June 7 at 7:00 PM and June 8 at 2:00 PM
Note: There is no rehearsal during spring break (4/1 – 4/5).
