Description: Join Lisa for classic Pippi tales, as well some completely original adventures, with music by a BAAY alum Soren Ficklin and the amazing Evan Ingalls! There will be singing, dancing, drama, and a whole lot of cardboard prop magic.
Ages: 9-12
Auditions: February 2, 3, and 4 (times TBA)
Registered families will receive an email with the assigned audition group times for their child. Students should plan to be present for all three days of auditions. All students will receive a part in the show, and no one is cut after auditions.
Note: Families’ cast preferences will be honored wherever possible (e.g. cast 1, 2 3, 4). You will receive a Google form via email before auditions to submit casting preferences. Please hold off on sending preferences until you receive that form.
CAST 1
- Weekly rehearsals: Mon/Wed from 5:30-6:45 PM
- First rehearsal: February 12 (no rehearsals 4/1-4/5)
- Saturday rehearsal: March 16 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Tech week: May 6-9, Mon-Thurs daily from 5:00-8:30 PM
- Performances: May 10 and 11 at 7:00 PM, May 11 and 12 at 2:00 PM
CAST 2
- Weekly rehearsals: Mon/Wed from 7:00-8:15 PM
- First rehearsal: February 12 (no rehearsals 4/1-4/5 and 5/6-5/12)
- Saturday rehearsal: March 23 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Tech week: May 13-16, Mon-Thurs daily from 5:00-8:30 PM
- Performances: May 17 and 18 at 7:00 PM, May 18 and 19 at 2:00 PM
CAST 3
- Weekly rehearsals: Tues/Thurs from 5:30-6:45 PM
- First rehearsal: February 13 (no rehearsals 4/1-4/5 and 5/6-5/19)
- Saturday rehearsal: March 30 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Pick up rehearsal: May 12 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Tech week: May 20-23, Mon-Thurs daily from 5:00-8:30 PM
- Performances: May 24 and 25 at 7:00 PM, May 25 and 26 at 2:00 PM
CAST 4
- Weekly rehearsals: Tues/Thurs from 7:00-8:15 PM
- First rehearsal: February 13 (no rehearsals 4/1-4/5 and 5/6-5/26)
- Saturday rehearsal: April 13 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Pick up rehearsal: May 19 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Tech week: May 27-30, Mon-Thurs daily from 5:00-8:30 PM
- Performances: May 31 and June 1 at 7:00 PM, June 1 and 2 at 2:00 PM
