Description: Banished by the ferocious tiger, Shere Khan, a human boy named Mowgli and his panther friend, Bagheera, are on the run in the deepest parts of the jungle. On their journey, the two meet a sinister snake named Kaa, a herd of elephants and a giant bear named Baloo, who teaches them the swingin’ musical rhythms of the jungle. After surviving a dangerous encounter with a band of monkeys led by King Louie, Mowgli and Bagheera are forced to run for their lives. When Shere Khan returns, our heroes must rally their fellow animals into battle and restore peace throughout the jungle.
Ages: 9-12
Dates: Meets twice per week on Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs, plus one Saturday rehearsal (see schedules below).
First rehearsal: February 13 or 14, depending on cast.
Note: There WILL be cast 1 and 2 rehearsals on Monday 2/20 for those who can attend. Rehearsals are canceled during spring break (April 3-7).
Auditions: February 2, 3, and 4 (Registered families will receive a Google form via email to select audition group times for their child. Students should plan to be present for all three days of auditions.)
Note: Families’ cast preferences will be honored wherever possible (e.g. cast 1, 2 3, or 4). You will receive a google form via email before auditions to submit casting preferences. Please hold off on sending preferences until you receive that form.

- Weekly rehearsals: Mon/Wed from 5:30-6:45 PM
- Saturday rehearsal: March 18, from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Tech Week: May 8-11, Mon-Thurs daily from 5:00-8:30 PM
- Performances: May 12 and 13 at 7:00 PM, and May 13 and 14 at 2:00 PM
CAST 2
- Weekly rehearsals: Mon/Wed from 6:45-8:00 PM
- Saturday rehearsal: April 22, from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Tech Week: May 15-18, Mon-Thurs daily from 5:00-8:30 PM
- Performances: May 19 and 20 at 7:00 PM, and May 20 and 21 at 2:00 PM
