If you notice any suspicious or inappropriate behaviors or policy violations at BAAY, please make a report using this form. All submissions will be securely stored and reviewed only by BAAY’s Artistic Director and Executive Director. Reports will be kept confidential, to the extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct an adequate investigation.

BAAY leadership will review the information provided and assess the best way to follow up with all parties involved while maintaining privacy and discretion. Action steps will be determined in compliance with BAAY’s disciplinary policy outlined in our student and community code of conduct.

Alternative Reporting Channel

If an individual wishes to report to a different person of authority, they can do so at baay.org/report-board and BAAY’s Board Officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary) will be notified privately.
