Description: Dancers of all experience levels are welcome to participate! This session, we will explore the theme of “kids” – meaning all the emotions, and the ups and downs of what it means to be young in this day and age. This is going to be a BIG show! Join Lisa for a unique blend of jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and musical theatre dance as we explore the emotions of youth.
Both Senior Dance Companies will do their own dances, as well as one combined.
Ages: 13-17
COMPANY 1
- Weekly rehearsals: Thursdays from 4:30-5:30 PM
- First rehearsal: January 18
- Saturday rehearsal: April 27 from 12:30-2:30 PM
- Performances: May 3 and 4 at 7:00 PM, and May 4 and 5 at 2:00 PM
- Note: There is no rehearsal during spring break (4/1 – 4/5).
COMPANY 2
- Weekly rehearsals: Thursdays from 8:15-9:15 PM
- First rehearsal: January 18
- Saturday rehearsal: April 27 from 3:00-5:00 PM
- Performances: May 3 and 4 at 7:00 PM, and May 4 and 5 at 2:00 PM
- Note: There is no rehearsal during spring break (4/1 – 4/5).
